Once your order has been placed, we will be in contact with you to confirm your personalisations. You will then receive a copy of the artwork to approve before production can begin.  

Your order is hand made with love locally. It does, however, mean that it can take a little longer than expected to get to you. 

This item has been personalised for a special person in your life. Because of this, we are unable to offer a refund on this item. However, if you have an issue with the quality of the product, we will offer a replacement.

Do not iron directly on the print. Reverse garment and iron. Avoid tumble drying.
